above lesly holding a new personal best "she looks pretty
pleased with herself but how did she use the pva bags to
catch that new pb ?????
I asked lesly if she would mind giving us a brief description of the capture of her
great fish . I must admit to being a bit jealous as its bigger than anything i have
caught this year anyway thats enough from me over to lesly now.
Hi Colin
Love the website. I feel very honoured to be first picture on !
I always make a mix of different sized halibut pellets, bloodworm pellets, hemp
pellets and tutti frutti pellets. I then add mackeral oil and mix thoroughly. I place just 2 or 3 teaspoons of the mix into one of the 50 x 100 PVA bags
and attach this to the hook with the 12mm Halibut pellet on the hair.
Everytime I cast out I put another PVA bag on. I usually fish a few yards
out or even in the margins. The 14lb 6oz carp was caught in the margins.
Yesterday I had another personal best at 14lb 12oz on this mix.
Well lesly I think has shown that paying attention to detail pays off ................................
The photo attached is of my partner who also uses your PVA bags. He caught this 14lb Ghost Carp on Monday on sweetcorn on the hair
and a pellet and sweetcorn mix in the bag a few yards out. We have both
had many excellent fish since using your bags.We find the bags hold
up really well and stay on on the cast.
Best Regards lesly
Comment: Hi colin I fish on Mid Kent Waters we have about 12 different
lakes to choose from most of them hold carp up to 40+ started using
PVA bags this year from Katch carp 1st success came two weeks
ago. I did a 48 hour session on stour lake aprox 18 acre lake only
three fish came out that weekend my 27lbs mirror was one caught
using 12mm spicy shrip boillie with glo corn over bed of mixed
pellet also spoded out particles 3 per rod as fish in this lake do
not respond well to large amounts of bait i used a 3" hook
length with inline lead all in your 170x 70 large bag .
